Doctor Connect Consultancy exists because that risk deserves a recruiter who treats it seriously.

Why we work only in healthcare

General recruiters treat a nurse and a sales executive as the same kind of search. We don't. Every role we handle sits inside a regulatory framework — council registrations, continuing education requirements, scope-of-practice rules — and we built our process around that framework instead of around a generic ATS pipeline.
